Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing. Orders placed on Kindr Health are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery times. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $5.99. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States after your order ships. Alaska, Hawaii, and some remote areas may require additional transit time.

Subscription orders. If you are enrolled in Subscribe and Save, your subscription order will ship automatically according to your selected frequency. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information each time your subscription ships. You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing support@kindr.health.

Shipping confirmation and tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping destinations. We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally.

Delays. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or high order volume that are outside of our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact support@kindr.health.

Incorrect shipping addresses. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Kindr Health is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact support@kindr.health as soon as possible — we will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and household members and contact your local carrier. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact support@kindr.health and we will work with you to find a resolution.

Damaged items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@kindr.health within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
